On June 2017, Anila Bashllari held a training session on “New concepts of Leadership” with 27 managers from Raiffeisen Bank, at Protik Center in Tirana.

Anila introduced the audience with the new concepts of leadership, which are embraced and applied by the best leaders in the world and debunked the old idea of leadership.

By the end of the training, the participants anonymously evaluated the performance of the trainer with positive notes.

Anila has been trained and certified as a personal and professional development coach and trainer by The John Maxwell International Team, whose main focus is leadership and the role it plays in creating better societies.
