“Leadership and Effective Communication” – Training

On June 13, 2016, Anila held a one day seminar on “Leadership and Effective Communication”for EU Policy Hub Tirana, a youth organization dedicated to accelerating Albania’s EU integration.

During the seminar, Anila covered topics related to leadership – how to become a leader, the real definition of leadership, how leaders inspire their followers – and effective communication – how to become a better communicator, et cetera.

On June 9, 2016, Anila Bashllari held a one day training on leadership and how to become an effective leader. “Leadership, the road towards success” training was attended by young entrepreneurs, business people and others. The event was held at Protik Innovation Center.
