On February 9^th, 2018 Anila Bashllari was invited to hold a seminar for students attending Master programs at the Albanian University, in Tirana.

Given that Master’s students are potentially future managers and leaders, the main topic discussed was leadership and how to be a great leader when times change and when situations are complex and unpredictable.

They also discussed about the role of leadership in working efficiently and how to better decide priorities at work and life.
