It’s great to see how organizations and institutions are embracing the field of personal development and paying more and more attention to soft skills such as effective communication, empathy and productivity.

On November 2017, Anila Bashllari held a two week training program for the managers and executives of NLB Bank (Kosovo branch). Topics discussed in the training were: Emotional Intelligence, High performance, effective communication and productivity. The training was titled “The impact of Emotional Intelligence for a high performance”.

The two-day training was attended by 28 managers, who were separated into two groups. The training was interactive between the participants and the trainer (Anila).
