On May 6th, 2017, Anila Bashllari was invited by lecturer Alba Skendaj to hold an open lecture for the Metropolitan University of Tirana students.

Anila gave the lecture during the Human Resources Management course, with focus: “Management of Human Resources in Albanian companies and personal development principles”.

The students showed interest on personal development as a new field in Albania (and worldwide).
